Terms of Services
By purchasing or enrolling in any services provided by MAJOR PILES, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services and Limitation of Liability:
MAJOR PILES agrees to perform all services in a professional, reliable, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services, the Client agrees to release and hold harmless MAJOR PILES, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Property Access and Safety:
Clients must ensure unobstructed, safe access to their property. MAJOR PILES will not:

Enter yards with blocked or locked gates
-
Climb or hop fences
-
Remove obstacles or hazards to gain access
If access is hindered, service will not be completed, and the visit will still be charged in full.
3. Yard Conditions:
Services will be provided based on visible pet waste. Overgrown grass, weeds, leaf coverage, mulch, or tanbark may limit visibility and affect the quality of service. Clients are responsible for maintaining their yard in a manner that facilitates waste removal. We do not guarantee waste removal in yards with excessive obstructions unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Animal Safety and Staff Protection:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any pets with aggressive, anxious, or excitable behavior are secured indoors during service visits. MAJOR PILES reserves the right to:

Refuse entry to any yard with an aggressive or unrestrained animal
-
Protect its employees using reasonable means as necessary
If an incident occurs involving a pet, the Client may be required to provide current vaccination records. Animal control or relevant authorities may be contacted if deemed necessary under local law.
5. Billing and Payment Terms:

No refunds will be issued after 30 days unless due to the death of a pet (supporting documentation required).
-
By utilizing our services, the Client agrees to recurring monthly subscription charges.
Declined Payments: Clients will be notified of failed payments. If payment is not resolved before the next scheduled service, services will be suspended. Accounts overdue by 90 days may be referred to a third-party collections agency.
